The Four Scholarly Brothers & The Resurrected Beast

For the twenty-second time, Emperor Vikramaditya returned to the eerie cremation ground, lowered the corpse Betal from the Shinshapa tree, and marched silently toward the sorcerer's altar.

And the fourth brother traveled west into the desert mountains, achieving mastery over *Prana-Pratishtha*—the supreme occult art of infusing living breath and soul into inert matter!

Years later, the four brothers reunited at an agreed crossroads in the dense Vindhya forest, eager to put their extraordinary arts to the ultimate test.

As they walked through the wilderness, they stumbled upon an ancient, weathered bone lying half-buried among dry forest leaves.

The eldest brother sprinkled consecrated water upon the fragment and chanted sacred esoteric verses. Intense white light erupted from the bone.

Before their eyes, hundreds of ivory bones multiplied in mid-air, clicking and locking together to construct the colossal skeletal frame of a majestic elephant!

He who bestows the soul and breath of life is the true creator!'

The spoken truth shattered the king's vow of silence! Cackling in mocking triumph, Betal slipped from Vikram's shoulder and soared back to the Shinshapa tree.
